When you think about it, there’s no better way to ‘try before you buy’ than Spotify.


If you fall in love with a track or album, you can very quickly purchase it as a downloadable MP3, thanks to our friends at 7 Digital.

How to buy

You’ll see a little ‘Buy’ button displayed next to any tracks/albums that are available to own. Click ‘Buy’, enter your credit card details and hit ‘Pay with card’. The track will download instantly to your Purchases file. Anything you buy can be added to your playlists in the normal way.

Jolly good sound

As for sound quality, most of the MP3 files are either 256 or 320 kbps – you’ll be able to see when you buy. Music you’ve bought can be downloaded more than once. In fact, between 3-5 times depending on the record label.
