Question by ilavyou: Sound only works on WMP and Spotify.. Doesn’t work on web music players?
The sound on my Windows XP computer works on programmes such as iTunes, Windows Media Player, Spotify etc. All the programmes you download/open seperately from the net. Whenever I try to play a video on Youtube, Myspace, Facebook Video’s etc, the sound just doesn’t work. The video will play but there is no sound. I’m confused as to what I can do to fix this, because I could download every single song I want to listen to off Limewire but that’s abit to a lot effort. I prefer to use Youtube but at the moment I can’t. I also can’t listen to new songs on spotify since most of the new songs I like haven’t been released. Help please?!?!?! ![]()
It doesn’t work on Google Chrome, Firefox, I.E either.

What world wide web browser are you using?
It is most certainly a setting in your browser causing the issue. Mostly it is found in the tools > options menu.
If we knew what browser you had been utilizing, we could guise you to the settings.
