Q&A: Spotify is saying it’s offline, but i’m clearly online otherwise how am i writing this? mac user.?

Lets get this over with quickly, I’m on a mac, spotify usually works fine, except now it says it’s offline.

It says “Unable to connect to Spotify. Trying to reconnect…. (error code: 0)

But clearly I am online. I haven’t pressed any buttons, so if there is like, a button to make spotify go offline I haven’t done it.

Why is it doing this? Should I just reinstall it?

its a problem from there server. i’ve tried restarting and reinstalling, it doesn’t work. .Spotify app and the website is down. in the link below One of the spotify employees say that they are fixing right now.

OMG! mine is doing it too! maybe its just gone down for maintenance for a bit =/ I hope so, I was enjoying listening to music.

I was listening to it for about 6 hours now, when it stopped. Maybe it’ll work tomorrow! =)

same here its done it be for to me omg does it do ya head in lol but it dose this time to time it should comes back on soon it has in the past x try now after putting this mine has come back on hope yours has to x
