Invites are only offered to users with a “Premium” or “Unlimited” Spotify account (i.e. not a free of charge account). Using the instructions below (taken from the linked webpage in my sources box), you will be capable to view and use the obtainable invitations for your account (invitations are not unlimited, but you do get several).
