Is the music website ‘Spotify’ Legal?

Question by : Is the music internet site ‘Spotify’ Legal?
I have a ton of songs i want to listen to, but tbh I have got nowhere close to sufficient money to be ready to acquire them all, and i do not want to get them from spotify if it really is an offence or what ever.
